Bullying

What kind of world do we live in, I mean bullying has been going on for a long time and nobody is trying to stop it? Bullies in my perspective are people who have nothing else better to do, so they pick on somebody smaller than them or people who get picked on at home and take out there anger on someone else, but if you think about it why would you do that to someone else when you know how it feels. The saying for today is "Treat others how you would want to be treated".
